Teresa Bandeira de Carvalho

Born in Lisbon, studied in London and Groningen, and am now based in Brussels. I am a writer with a background in political communications. My work ranges from political op-eds on European affairs to Definitely not Teresa, my Substack where I explore literature, pop culture, and the ways identity and community are shaped today. Across both, I’m interested in how politics and culture overlap, and in the stories that emerge from that intersection.
